According to the chart4, the annual sales in Germany and Portugal have increased about3% than last year but the annual sales in Spain has slightly decreased than last year.
However, the market in Spain is the largest part of our company according to the annual sales. In comparison between Germany market and Portugal market, the market in Germany is more mature, and we can see more potential in Portugal market.
After our discussion, we suggest cutting a million euro in the advertising budget of Germany market. And, we should keep the same advertising budget of Portugal market and put more efforts to change the percentage of budget segment, for example, we need to cut down a half of the budget in TV and magazine ads.
Furthermore, we also need to reduce a million euro in the advertising budget of Spain market and focus on radio ads which is the most effective.
