The function of the graph is to show the effectiveness between the different kinds of media. The most effective media is
Newspaper with 35% of the budget and 42% of the buyers who heard about our brand. However, our advertising budget in magazine was 50% of the total amount of the budget, but only 38% of these customers heard about us. As for TV advertising, the budget represents 25% of the total with 18% of recall.
After having comparing this report, our plan of action is to reschedule our budget, cutting 30% of the total amount of 2m Euro, reconsidering our budget expenditure between the media. Firstly, the TV budget should be decreased by 50%. Secondly, the newspapers should be reduced by 30%. Finally, the magazines have to be lessened by 10%.

Regarding to the meeting that we had and considering our good results, we’ll make our best result although we have to cut our budget and keep our representative, profits, and results.
